| Web orders are downloaded from our server at the start of each business morning. Therefore, orders placed on our site generally begin processing the next business day from the time they are placed. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the day they are downloaded provided an item is not out of stock. You will receive an E-mail upon shipment of your package notifying you that your package is on its way. Zebraz.com order processing department operates Monday through Friday 1 PM – 4 PM CST. Should you have a question or problem regarding our website or a mail order transaction we recommend you contact us during these hours. Zebraz.com customer service representatives are available to assist you seven days a week from 10 AM . 10PM but may not be able to immediately resolve issues regarding the website or mail order. |
| Fed Ex is the only carrier Zebraz.com uses due to the continuous tracking abilities and the reliability of their service. All packages within the continental U.S. will be shipped using Fed Ex ground unless express service is requested. International packages will be shipped using International Priority. Canada and U.S. territories do have the option of using International Ground at a reduced rate. Fed Ex will not deliver to post office boxes. The shipping address you enter must be a physical address in order for us to ship your package. Fed Ex delivers Monday through Friday. Next day, 2-day and 3-day service only applies to business days, not weekends or holidays.
